Label re-rates, refunds and adjustments show up against the order they belong to. On other channels you import the payout file and Rilk does the matching.

Every unit keeps its serial from receiving to sale. Regrade a return, log the repair cost against that serial and relist it under the right SKU, with the original cost following the unit. Returns received go straight back into sellable stock in the right bin.

Rilk is free for your first 500 orders a month. Pro starts at $999 a month, with each order shipped metered at $0.30 ($0.05 if Amazon-fulfilled) and credited against that minimum. Ultimate adds retailer EDI and more than one company, quoted to fit. No per-user seats, no per-channel fees.
Custom work without a separate consulting bill

Finale's pricing page says additional consulting and workflow design "may be available for an additional fee depending on your needs" (checked September 2026).
If you're on Ultimate and need a channel Rilk doesn't connect yet, bring it to the call. When it's a real fit, we usually build the integration ourselves, with no development fee and no hourly billing for the build, and it ships for you and every seller after you. We decide what we build and when.

Frequently asked questions
Does Rilk handle FBA as a real workflow?
Yes. FBA stock comes from Amazon's own inventory feed and sits next to your warehouse stock. FBA inbound is on Pro, and Amazon-fulfilled orders are metered at $0.05 instead of $0.30.
Does Rilk support Walmart WFS?
Yes. WFS stock is tracked separately from the stock in your own warehouse, so neither is double-counted. Walmart settlements, WFS fees included, are matched back to their orders automatically.
Can I sell on Back Market?
Yes. Back Market connects on Pro, and every unit keeps its serial from receiving to sale. For Back Market payouts you import the payout file and Rilk does the matching.
How much does Rilk cost?
