The first 500 orders a month are free, with no card and no sales call. Pro is 14 days free when you want inventory, purchase orders and reports.

Buy the label at the marketplace's own rates right from the order, without switching tools. Rilk went through multiple rounds of Amazon review, including the Appstore listing review and a data security assessment under Amazon's Data Protection Policy, and Amazon granted Rilk its restricted Direct-to-Consumer Shipping role on 24 August 2026.

On Amazon, Walmart and eBay, Rilk matches each settlement back to its orders automatically, so the fees on an order are what the marketplace charged, not an estimate. Label re-rates, refunds and adjustments show up against the order they belong to. On other channels you import the payout file and Rilk does the matching.
Serials, grading and returns in one flow

Every unit keeps its serial from receiving to sale. Regrade a return, log the repair cost against that serial and relist it under the right SKU, with the original cost following the unit. Returns received go straight back into sellable stock in the right bin.

Custom integrations without an estimate to approve

SellerCloud's site says custom scripting and integrations "must be built and implemented by Descartes Sellercloud", and that for custom work "we'll review your guidelines and propose an estimate with a price range of the final cost" (checked September 2026).
