Why sellers switch from NetSuite

Ready the day you sign up

Connect a marketplace and your orders are in Rilk. Labels, rate shopping and the first 500 orders a month are free.

The money side, built in

Customer balances and aging, vendor purchasing and payments, and invoices already live in Rilk, next to the orders and purchase orders they come from.

Profit per order, not an estimate

On Amazon, Walmart and eBay, Rilk matches each settlement back to its orders automatically, so the fees on an order are what the marketplace charged.

Free for your first 500 orders a month. Pro from $999/mo.

The details

Ready the day you sign up

+

Connect a marketplace and your orders are in Rilk. Labels, rate shopping and the first 500 orders a month are free. Pro adds inventory, purchase orders and reports, with 14 days free to try.

Marketplace connections we build and maintain

+

Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify and more connect from the settings page. Retailers on Mirakl, SPS Commerce and retailer EDI are on Ultimate. When a marketplace changes its API, we update the connection.

Amazon and Walmart Buy Shipping on the order screen

+

Buy the label at the marketplace's own rates right from the order, without switching tools. Rilk went through multiple rounds of Amazon review, including the Appstore listing review and a data security assessment under Amazon's Data Protection Policy, and Amazon granted Rilk its restricted Direct-to-Consumer Shipping role on 24 August 2026.

Profit per order, from what the marketplace actually paid

+

On Amazon, Walmart and eBay, Rilk matches each settlement back to its orders automatically, so the fees on an order are what the marketplace charged, not an estimate. Label re-rates, refunds and adjustments show up against the order they belong to. On other channels you import the payout file and Rilk does the matching.

The money side, built in

+

Customer balances and aging, vendor purchasing and payments, and invoices already live in Rilk, next to the orders and purchase orders they come from. Want Rilk to replace your accounting software too? Bring it to the call.

Serials, grading and returns in one flow

+

Every unit keeps its serial from receiving to sale. Regrade a return, log the repair cost against that serial and relist it under the right SKU, with the original cost following the unit. Returns received go straight back into sellable stock in the right bin.

Purchase orders with the real unit cost

+

Freight, duty and the other costs on a purchase order are spread across every unit on it, so your cost per unit is right the day the shipment is received, and so is your profit.

What you get on Pro

+
  • Inventory across warehouses and bins, with stock sync switched on per channel
  • Serial tracking, regrading and returns
  • Purchase orders with landed cost, and FBA inbound
  • Pick lists and scan-to-verify picking
  • Automation rules for orders and shipping
  • Payout reconciliation and full reports
  • More channels, including Back Market and Newegg

Pricing, published

+

Rilk is free for your first 500 orders a month. Pro starts at $999 a month, with each order shipped metered at $0.30 ($0.05 if Amazon-fulfilled) and credited against that minimum. Ultimate adds retailer EDI and more than one company, quoted to fit. No per-user seats, no per-channel fees.

New channels without an implementation fee

+

NetSuite's own guide to ERP costs says "there is also a one-time implementation fee for initial setup" (checked September 2026).

If you're on Ultimate and need a channel Rilk doesn't connect yet, bring it to the call. When it's a real fit, we usually build the integration ourselves, with no development fee and no hourly billing for the build, and it ships for you and every seller after you. We decide what we build and when.

On any plan, tell us what you're missing. A lot of what sellers ask us for ends up in Rilk.

New software, shipping every week

+

Rilk was built from 2025 on a current stack by people who sell on these marketplaces every day. We ship improvements every week, so what you ask for doesn't wait for a yearly release.

Switching from NetSuite

+

Import your products and suppliers from a spreadsheet, connect your marketplaces, and new orders start flowing in. On Ultimate, a customer success manager plans the move with you.
