Per account, billed monthly, $999/month minimum, 1 company included. A 14-day Pro trial is available with no credit card, one per account. For resellers and refurbishers running a real operation — warehouse, purchasing, regrading, and the profit math to match.
Ultimate — custom, book a call
Quoted per account. For businesses selling through retailer EDI, or running more than one selling entity.

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — through your first 500 orders a month, no credit card required to start. It's not a trial that expires; it's a plan. Once a card is on file, orders past 500 bill at the same meter every paid plan uses: $0.30 each, $0.05 if Amazon-fulfilled.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days of Pro, with no credit card, one trial per account, ever, started from your billing settings. When the 14 days are up you choose: add a card to stay on Pro, or move to Free.
How does order billing work?
Every order shipped is metered at $0.30, or $0.05 if it's Amazon-fulfilled. Free covers your first 500 orders a month at no charge; Pro and Ultimate bill from order one, credited against their monthly minimum. Cancelled and unshipped orders are never billed.
Do you charge for integrations?
No. Connecting a channel is never a line item, on any plan. The plan sets the list, not the price. All 4 carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) are on every plan, Free included.
