Who runs their business on Rilk, and how.
Rilk was built by sellers, so the serial-number, grading and per-unit profit work is not bolted on. The same platform runs a plain Amazon and eBay store, a brand with wholesale accounts, an importer with containers in transit, and a 3PL holding stock for other people. Pick the one closest to how you operate.
For phone and electronics refurbishers.
Grade units A to D, log parts and labour against the serial number, and relist on Back Market or Amazon Renewed with the cost basis carried through, so you see profit per unit and not per batch.
For sellers on Amazon, eBay and Walmart.
One stock pool behind every channel, FBA prep, labels from the order screen, and true profit per unit. Start on Free at $0 with your first 500 orders a month included.
For brands selling DTC, on marketplaces and wholesale.
Run Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and retailer channels from one catalog and one stock pool, and get per-channel profit that ties back to what each channel paid out.
For sellers who buy from overseas factories.
Factory POs with deposit and balance payment terms, container and customs stages, and landed cost (duties, freight, brokerage) split across every SKU in the shipment.
For fulfillment providers running stock for several clients.
Multi-client fulfillment across multiple warehouses, clean separation between clients, and a per-client report you do not have to build by hand.
Which plan do I need?
Most e-commerce sellers start on Free: $0, no credit card, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify and WooCommerce connections and your first 500 orders each month included. Refurbishers and importers usually need Pro for serials, regrading and purchase orders, from $999/month minimum. Retailer EDI and multi-company operations are Ultimate, custom-quoted. Every account gets one 14-day Pro trial with no credit card.
Does Rilk work for refurbished electronics?
Yes, it is the case Rilk was built around. Serial-level cost tracking, A to D grading, parts and labour logged to the unit, and relisting on Back Market or Amazon Renewed are all in the product. Regrading is on the Pro plan.
Can I sell on only one or two channels?
Yes. Connect one channel or twenty and the bill does not move: your plan sets which channels you can connect, never a price per channel.
I do not see my business type here. Will Rilk still fit?
If you sell physical goods on more than one channel and want stock, orders, shipping and profit in one place, probably. Book a call and ask an operator; if it is not a fit we will say so.
