TikTok Shop is the channel where a single video can sell a month of stock in an afternoon. That is the whole appeal, and it is also the problem: the unit that just went viral is the same unit listed on Amazon, Shopify, and eBay, and a spike on one channel oversells the others before anyone has refreshed a spreadsheet. Rilk connects to TikTok Shop directly, through TikTok's own seller API. It is in early access, which means we onboard each shop ourselves rather than leaving you with a setup wizard.
What you can do
Direct connection to your shop
You authorize Rilk from your TikTok Shop seller account. Access is to your shop only, and you can revoke it at any time.
Catalogue import
Your TikTok Shop products and their SKUs come into Rilk. Where a TikTok seller SKU matches a Rilk product ID, it links to that product; otherwise a new product is created.
Orders, fulfillment, and stock push: in testing
Order import, ship-confirmation back to TikTok, and inventory and price push are in testing. We switch them on for your shop after the first orders are checked with you.
Margin per unit
On every order, after the label and after each marketplace payout, the same as your other channels.
