Amazon order management: from the sale to tracking on Amazon, without opening Seller Central

Amazon orders land in Rilk usually within seconds of the sale, in the same screen as your Walmart, eBay and Shopify orders. Rilk tracks the ship-by date, handles the buyer who cancels, buys the label and sends the tracking back to Amazon on its own.

Want to know what an Amazon order really makes you? The free Amazon Profit Calculator works it out in your browser. No sign-up.

What does an Amazon order really make you?

Before you move anything, check your margins with the free Amazon Profit Calculator. Put in a sale, FBA or seller-fulfilled, and see the commission, the fees, shipping, packaging and kitting cost, and what is left. It runs in your browser, free.

In Rilk the same math runs on every real order, with Amazon’s actual fees once the settlement posts.

Orders in within seconds

Amazon tells Rilk the moment an order is placed or changes, so new orders usually show up within seconds. An hourly sync runs behind that as a safety net, so a missed message never means a missed order.

Connect Amazon and the first sync runs right away. Your open orders are in before you finish setting up.

Everything you need to ship it right

Each Amazon order comes in with what decides how you ship it:

The ship-by date, so the oldest-deadline orders go out first
Merchant-fulfilled and FBA orders told apart, with FBA removal orders kept out of your sales
Replacement orders flagged, so a free replacement is not counted as a sale
Item price, tax and promotions line by line
An estimated Amazon fee on the order from the start, replaced by the real fees when Amazon settles

Buyer cancellations handled for you

When a buyer cancels before you ship, Rilk picks it up and cancels the order on its own. If the order was already picked, the units go back to their bins first, so your stock count stays right.

Need to cancel one yourself? Cancel it in Rilk and Amazon is told. An order that already shipped is never cancelled.

Label and tracking from the order

Buy the label with Amazon Buy Shipping or on your own UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL accounts, rate-shopped side by side. The tracking goes to Amazon as soon as the label is bought, no upload and no end-of-day batch.

Multi-box orders send tracking for every package. If Amazon rejects the package-level update, Rilk resends it for the whole order so the order still shows shipped.

Buyer data handled the way Amazon requires

The buyer’s name, address and phone are cleared from Rilk 30 days after Amazon confirms delivery, or 60 days after shipping if no delivery scan ever comes. Nobody has to remember to do it.

More than one Amazon account

Run more than one Amazon seller account from one Rilk login on Ultimate, each in its own company, with its own stock and orders.
