Walmart inventory sync: stock, price and handling time from one place

Sell the last unit on Amazon and your Walmart quantity drops without you touching it. Rilk sends Walmart your stock whenever it changes on any channel, holds back the buffer you set, counts kits from their parts, and sends prices and handling time in the format Walmart actually accepts.

Stock goes to Walmart when it changes

A sale on Amazon, eBay or Shopify, a purchase order received, a return restocked, a count adjusted: any of them changes your available stock, and Rilk queues the new quantity for Walmart on its own. No nightly file, no button to press.

Rilk paces the updates to stay inside Walmart’s API limits, skips sending a number Walmart already has, and retries on its own if Walmart doesn’t answer.

Built so you don’t oversell

Every channel sells from one stock pool, and the quantity Walmart sees comes from that pool. The point is simple: you don’t sell a unit on Walmart that already went out the door on Amazon.

Your rules per SKU

Decide how much of your stock Walmart gets to show:

A safety buffer per SKU: hold back units so Walmart never shows your last few
A maximum quantity per SKU: cap what Walmart displays, however much you have
Kits and bundles counted from their components, so a bundle shows what you can actually build

Handling time, the way Walmart takes it

Set handling time per product in Rilk. Walmart stopped accepting handling time on its inventory update years ago and only takes it through its own lag-time feed, so that is the feed Rilk uses, and it checks the feed result instead of trusting that Walmart received it.

Prices, one SKU or thousands

Send a price change for one SKU or a whole batch. Small updates go through Walmart’s price API right away; big batches go through Walmart’s bulk price feed, with Rilk keeping count of Walmart’s daily feed limit for you.

Want Walmart’s Repricer to move the price for you? Set its min and max in Walmart Mode.

Same pool as every channel

Walmart draws from the same stock as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Back Market and the rest, across your warehouses and bins. One count, every channel.
